Alex graduated from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago in 2015, and made her way back home to Michigan to join our staff.
“We work hard to be a safe and welcoming space for all. It can be difficult for a new client to open up and share difficult details of their past. I want clients to feel comfortable and that they can trust us with their cases. “
Raquel Owens, Site Director

She began volunteering in the nonprofit sector and turned her passion and volunteer experience into a career.
